Overhaul

1. Remove the two screws and the heater core cover. 2. Remove the screw and the pipe clamp.

3. Pull out the heater core.

NOTE: Be careful not to bend the inlet and outlet pipes during heater core, removal.

4. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
